For over two decades, my life and career have been defined by a single question: How does the human body handle extreme pressure, sudden trauma, and deep grief; and how do we truly recover?

As a Registered Nurse with a background in Critical Care, I spent years working in high-stakes medical environments. I watched firsthand how chronic stress, physical exhaustion, and unmanaged trauma systematically break down the human nervous system. But my true specialization didn't just come from clinical textbooks, it was forged through my own personal stress-test.

When a brain tumor and subsequent major surgery completely disrupted my life, I was forced to navigate the exact medical and physical crisis I have spent a career treating. Prior to that, experiencing the profound heartbreak of reproductive loss completely reshaped my understanding of grief as a deep, systemic physical trauma.

Standard medical care saved my life, but it was functional biology that gave me my life back.

To bridge the gap between clinical survival and true physical optimization, I became a certified Buteyko Breath Instructor and a specialized Reproductive Loss Consultant.

Today, I combine my intensive nursing background with the science-backed mechanics of the Buteyko Method to help clients stop running on empty.
